Thank You

Your children thank you for enabling them to play the sport that is played by more people than any other sport in the entire world! Everyone is a volunteer on the PASO league and we want to thank you and serve your children’s needs as best as we can. You are a special parent indeed by recognizing that by allowing your children to play soccer, devoting your time and money, and being a positive role model, your children will be positively impacted in many ways. We in PASO want to recognize you by saying “You are a great parent!”

What Great Soccer Parents Need to Do

We understand the joy that is experienced by seeing your children participate in soccer. The great thing about the PASO soccer program is that it is a player developmental program. No score is kept for children U8 and under, and scores for U10 and over are for placement purposes only. By registering your child in the PASO league all family members and guests agree to the following key points of our program:

• We allow our children, referees and coaches to make mistakes without yelling or criticizing them

• We will ensure that our children are “early” for practice and the games

• We will ensure that our kids will have the proper equipment & water

• When we disagree with a referee or coach we will remain calm and deal with it after the game and in a professional manner

• We recognize that the coach is responsible for coaching from the sideline not us

• We will help our coach with managing the team if we are asked

• We will focus on the seven ideals of our league and not on winning and losing the game

• We will comply with all NTSSA ,PASO, FSA rules and regulations

• Our coaches will comply with the US Youth Soccer Coaching Manual
